About the Author
Tshlaine Webster is making her debut in the written world with The N.E.T (Naked Exposed and Transparent). As a lover of the arts, Tshlaine has used her love for words and dance in dramatizations, spoken word and conferences across the country. Ms. Webster uses her God given gift of poetry and literature to paint vivid imagery of one's inward most emotions, fantasies and revelations. Tshlaine is a student, advocate and mentor of TUMI Topeka. She is a volunteer/mentor at the Topeka Correctional Facility, Shawnee County Jail, Topeka Rescue Mission, and Daddy's Little Girls. She is the Executive Assistant/Secretary for the COL LEAD. Ms. Webster, a former Ms. Black Topeka, still resides in the capital city of Kansas with her two daughters and two granddaughters. She continues to be a "Lifetime Learner" and her sincere prayer is that the words penned will penetrate, motivate, educate, and elevate those that hear. Phenomenal and Powerful

I couldn't wait until this book was published because I've been exposed to Tshlaine's poetry in the past and it's always captivating. In reading this book it's true to the title, the author is very transparent. This made it easy for me to really see myself in her truths and take stock of where I am today in my personal journey. I'm currently getting the electronic version, but soon I'll be obtaining the printed version to keep on my nightstand or coffee table. It's that good. One of those you can just pick up when you need something to do or read. She's the type of writer that you want to know some of her material by heart to carry with you through the years.

This young lady has always been a deep passionate thinker, as well as honest with expressing her thought and emotions. Many people voice their thought but never search their soul, spirit or hearts to really learn who they are. I proud of who she is as a mother, sister, friend and true Christian who struggles daily and who always call on God to guide her... I have share her book with many young ladie who are struggling to find their voices...
