This book of poetry covers the existential reflections of the author upon subjects such as truth, morality, emotion, worlds which were familiar and worlds which were foreign, relationships, love, economics, politics, society, and God. It is the first of at least six books of poetry. Each of these books will reflect the existential interests of the author at different points of his life. Poetry that engages the heart and the mind

In this volume, the deep questions themselves are yearning, nestled in the beauty of nature. There is hope and darkness, peace and struggle—together held in the tension that is life. The author encapsulates the contemplative’s attempt to transcend the simple drudgery of everyday life, the voice behind the questions looking not only for answers but a will to purposeful existence.
